Heading into a Seller's Market
There is a Market Shift that is happening right before our eyes....
With a lack of inventory and a steep increase in rents, we are heading into a Seller's market. The problem right now is that many Seller's don't realize it.
Rates are at historic lows so there are plenty of Buyers out there looking to take advantage of their buying power, however, there aren't enough properties on the market right now.
We have a perfect case of Supply Vs. Demand:
High Rents = Motivation for Buyers to Buy
Low Rates = Motivation for Buyers to Buy
Current Inventory Level = Low
LOW INVENTORY + STRONG BUYER MOTIVATION = SELLER'S MARKET
Now is a great time to Sell.
